Cancellation Policy
I value the opportunity to serve my clients, and I dedicate my schedule to meeting their needs. However, missed appointments or last-minute cancellations prevent me from offering that time to other clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and availability for all clients, I require a minimum of 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This notice must be provided via text/phone call or through GlossGenius.
Cancellation/No-show Fees:
For cancellations or no-shows that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, a non-refundable fee of 50% of the booked service will apply, unless the cancellation is due to weather conditions or an emergency. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a no-show, and you will be charged for the missed appointment.
*If the no-show fee cannot be processed due to a card decline or other payment issue, the outstanding non-refundable fee may be increased to 100% and will need to be paid in full before booking any future appointments.
